Altadis’s VegaFina is a brand which is very popular in Europe, though somewhat overlooked in the US due to the popularity of their Romero y Julieta,Montecristo, and H. Upmann lines. The newly-released VegaFina Nicaragua is a very fine medium-bodied Nicaraguan puro featuring tobaccos from Jalapa and Esteli. Aged for over four years, this blend produces a mild, nutty smoke with elements of cedar, earth, and pepper, with just a faint touch of fruity sweetness. Not exceptionally strong, it makes for a pleasant starter or companion to a cocktail. We’ve got ’em, and you’ll want ’em! Come try one today!
