Christian Eiroa’s CLE cigars are undeniably some of the finest on the market, particularly the Corojo series; before the brand was purchased by Davidoff, the Eiroas put Camacho on the map with some outstanding corojo blends. The CLE Corojo features a savory habano-seed wrapper around a proprietary selection of fillers and binder, a combination that produces an excellent smoke redolent of oak and caramel, with a pleasant nutmeg/cinnamon element. The robusto which we’re featuring this week is the perfect size for the colder weather…just long enough to be enjoyable without becoming an endurance test against the elements.
