The next entry in our “New Releases” cattle drive is the latest from our friendOmar de Frias: The Fratello Bianco, a significant departure from the original Fratello blend, consisting of a five-country blend of tobaccos. A heady blend of Peruvian and Nicaraguan fillers amped up with Pennsylvania broadleaf, encased in a tasty Dominican binder and finished with toothy Mexican San Andrés, the Bianco (Italian for “white,” a reference to the cigar’s band) is a rich coffee-and-cocoa smoke with a good deal of white pepper and just a touch of maduro sweetness.
